When faced with a new situation, such as the need to pivot to contactless client service, they experiment until they find the solution. You face a challenge that calls for doing a task a different way, so you try a few different ways until you land on the perfect solution. Nimble learning is just what it sounds like-learning that occurs when you need it, just in time. As they do, they create new processes, then refine and replicate those processes. Practices are sprinting to keep up with the changing business climate. In fact, that is exactly what it’s doing today. It will reshape itself with our efforts and experiences, regardless of age.
